Selz Foundation Hazor Excavations in Memory of Yigael Yadin

 is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities, in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, and the regulations enacted under it, including Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.1, Level AA.

We view accessibility as an ongoing process and strive to provide a website that is clear, usable, and inclusive for all users.

 

Website Accessibility

This website is hosted on the Wix platform, which provides infrastructure and tools designed to support web accessibility. These include, among others:

  • Use of semantic HTML structure compatible with screen readers

  • Support for keyboard navigation

  • Design considerations for color contrast and readability

  • The ability to add alternative text to images

  • Support for text resizing through browser settings

We make reasonable efforts to utilize these capabilities and to ensure that the website content complies, as far as possible, with applicable accessibility standards.

As part of our commitment to accessibility, we have taken the following measures:

  • Use of descriptive link text where possible;
